Bank grade advice without bank friction.
Rockwall Finance works with business owners, investors and commercial borrowers who want clear thinking, strong execution and lending aligned to where they are going, not just where they are today.
Where we add value
- Sharp advice.
- Clean structure.
- Serious execution.
Clear advice
Advice starts before the application. The objective, the constraints and the most likely path are clarified before terms are discussed.
Banking & credit depth
Every deal is shaped with a credit lens. Current SME banking experience means stronger positioning from the outset, with fewer surprises and cleaner decisions.
Selective practice
Premium service without shutting out emerging clients. Equally comfortable advising established operators, first home buyers and investors at the start of their journey.

Why Rockwall
The broker your accountant would pick
Most brokers present applications. We build them with the same credit lens a bank assessor will use when it lands on their desk. We're structuring deals for people and businesses thinking in decades, not transactions. Your growth is our business.
Your goals, not just your loan
Access to credit at the right time and on the right terms is often the difference between a business that reaches its potential and one that plateaus. We're here for the long arc, not just settlement day.
A credit lens, not a calculator
A background inside SME banking means we see what a credit assessor sees before a file hits their desk. Deals are structured to survive that process, not patched up after a decline.
Invested in your decade, not your deal
We work with clients who are building something. Whether you're buying your first property or your fifth business, we want to be part of the story at every stage of the journey.
How we work
What a well structured deal usually looks like
These are typical Rockwall engagements. They are illustrative, not real client deals, and are anonymised in line with confidentiality obligations.
Owner occupier purchase of a Perth warehouse
A growing trades business outgrowing its lease wants to own its premises. We work through the structure, entity, security and deposit, select two lenders most likely to fund the cashflow profile, and present a credit submission that anticipates the questions before they are asked.
Loan size: $1.5M to $3M · Sector: Trades / SME
Internal share buyout of a professional services firm
A retiring principal is being acquired by equity from an incoming partner. We model serviceability against forecast distributions, structure the facility around vendor terms, and coordinate with the firm's accountant and lawyer through to settlement.
Loan size: $750K to $2M · Sector: Professional services
Aspiring investor adding their first investment property
A high income PAYG client is buying their first investment property. We map borrowing capacity across two lenders, retain offset and redraw flexibility on the existing home loan, and protect future capacity for the next purchase.
Loan size: $500K to $900K · Sector: Residential investment
Our approach
From first conversation to long term partnership
We're not here to process a transaction. We're here to understand where you're trying to go and make sure finance is a lever that gets you there, not a bottleneck that holds you back.
Understand the goal
Before we talk lenders, we understand the business, the asset and the objective. What you're building toward matters as much as what you need today.
Build the structure
We design the facility with credit assessment in mind, the right type, term, security and covenants to land approval and serve you well for years.
Execute cleanly
Submitted to the right lender with a credit narrative that tells the full story. Fewer conditions, fewer delays, fewer surprises.
Stay in it
We stay engaged through conditions, valuations, legal and drawdown, and well beyond settlement. Your next deal starts from where this one ends.
Client stories
Reviews coming soon after launch
Rockwall Finance is newly launched. Client reviews and case studies will be published here as the practice grows, with client permission and in line with confidentiality obligations.
If you'd like to work with us early and share your experience, we'd welcome the conversation.
Be among the first →Common questions
Clear answers for clients who want to move with confidence.
Professionalism matters, but so does accessibility. These are the questions clients usually ask early.
Who do you typically work with?
SME owners, commercial borrowers, property investors, first home buyers and aspiring investors who want clear advice and a well run process. We're equally comfortable at the start of a borrowing journey as with complex, multi-facility clients.
Can you help if the deal is not straightforward?
Yes. Complex, nuanced or time-sensitive scenarios are often where better structuring and lender selection matter most, particularly for acquisitions, shareholder changes and commercial property.
What kinds of finance scenarios are a strong fit?
Business expansion, commercial property, first home buying, investment lending, equipment finance, acquisitions, share buy-outs, exit planning and succession transactions. We don't limit ourselves to one lane.
Do you only work in Perth?
Perth is home base, but we support clients across Australia where the scenario and lender pathway make sense. Most of the process works just as well remotely.
How are you paid?
Most engagements are paid by the lender via standard commission on settlement, at no cost to you. Where a fee for service arrangement is more appropriate, such as complex transactions or advisory only work, this is agreed in writing upfront.
What happens after I enquire?
The first step is a short conversation to understand what you're looking to do, your timing, your current position and whether there is a strong path forward. No obligation, no pressure. Just a direct conversation with the founder.
Get started
Start with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
Tell us about the deal. We'll tell you whether it's fundable, how we'd structure it, and who we'd go to. No obligation, no forms. Just a direct conversation with the founder.
